Lives Of Nature provides conservation services that allow individuals and businesses to:

• Purchase protection for designated rainforest spaces
• Receive daily updates from trail cameras monitoring wildlife
• Identify and name individual animals in their protected space
• Track animal movements and follow their stories
• Receive Conservation Hero certificates
• Contribute to anti-poaching efforts and habitat protection

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4.2 Payment Terms

By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes

4.3 Ownership Rights

Purchasing a conservation space grants you:

• Access to daily updates and monitoring data from your space
• The right to name and track individual animals
• A Conservation Hero certificate
• Support for ongoing conservation efforts

You do not acquire legal ownership of the land. Legal ownership remains with The Wildlife Conservation Foundation, our partner organization.

5. Use of Services

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the services
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Lives Of Nature or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Wildlife Monitoring and Data

7.1 Trail Camera Footage

Daily updates from trail cameras are provided for your enjoyment and education. We do not guarantee:

• Specific animals will appear in your space
• Daily footage will always be available
• The quality or content of individual images or videos

7.2 Animal Identification

Our animal identification technology is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, identification may not always be perfect.

8. Conservation Partnership

Lives Of Nature works in partnership with The Wildlife Conservation Foundation, which:

• Manages and protects the rainforest spaces
• Operates trail cameras and monitoring systems
• Coordinates anti-poaching efforts with local authorities
• Maintains legal ownership of protected lands

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lives Of Nature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lives Of Nature, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
